Het retourneren van je bestelde product(en)

We naturally go for 100% satisfied customers, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied or otherwise regret your purchase, you may return your order up to 14 days after receiving it.

Furthermore, also under the Distance Selling Act (see www.consuwijzer.nl), after making purchases from Koffiemaatje.shop, you are entitled to a reflection period of 14 days after delivery of the product(s). Without giving any reason, you may cancel (or revoke) your order with us.
You have 14 days after your cancellation, to return your product.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal or return, the product shall be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and unbroken packaging.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return. The product must be received by us in good order.

ls a problem noticed in the delivery of a product, please send an e-mail immediately to info@koffiemaatje.shop with an accurate description of the damage and with some clear photos of the damaged product.

Keep in mind that it is normally the customer's responsibility to open packages upon receipt. If you notice any damage or a defect, it is important that you report it immediately.

If no claim is made within 2 days of receipt, Koffiemaatje will not be responsible for any damages.

Reimbursement: 
Once the return is received and processed in our warehouse, you will automatically receive the refund of the full purchase price to the account used by you for payment. The shipping costs for returning your order is for own account. Are you returning a product because it was damaged or delivered incorrectly? Then of course we will reimburse the shipping costs.
