Hey Coffee Mate, can I actually return my order?

We naturally go for 100% satisfied customers, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied or otherwise regret your purchase, you may return your order up to 14 days after receiving it. See our conditions on the returns page

I am never home can I also pick up my order?

You can have the order delivered to a DHL Service Point. Nice!

I'm in a bit of a hurry. How fast do you guys deliver?

Ordered on weekdays before 10 p.m. is shipped the same day! In general, DHL manages to deliver the package within 1 or 2 business days.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, after completing you will receive from us an order confirmation, shipping confirmation and finally the invoice
