Monkey Vision
We purchase web hosting and email services from Monkey Vision. Monkey Vision processes personal data on our behalf and does not use this data for its own purposes. Monkey Vision may, however, collect metadata about the use of its services. This is not personal data. Monkey Vision has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Monkey Vision is bound to confidentiality under the agreement.

Payments
To handle payments in our online store, we use the platform of Mollie Payments. Mollie Payments works with banks and credit card companies to make payments as secure as possible. Mollie Payments processes your name, address and residence details and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie Payments has appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie Payments does not retain your data longer than permitted by law.

WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur, you must enter your name, city and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us, so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In case we invite you to leave a review we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. Shipping and logistics
When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL/Bpost to make the deliveries. This requires us to share your name, address and place of residence, if applicable, with DHL/Bpost. This provider uses the data only for the purpose of delivering your order. In the event that DHL/Bpost engages subcontractors, this provider also makes data available to these parties.

Invoicing and accounting
We use E-Bookkeeping software to keep our records and accounts. We share your name, address and residence information and details regarding your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored in a protected manner. E-Bookkeeping is committed to confidentiality and will treat your information confidentially. E-Bookkeeping does not use your personal information for any other purposes than those described above.

Use of our services
When you place an order with us, we ask you to provide only some personal data. These data are used to process your order. The data we ask for are:

- Email address (Allows us to keep you updated on the status of your order)
- Option to subscribe to our monthly newsletter

The data is stored on Shopify's own secure servers. Every entrepreneur is required by law to keep records for 7 years (tax retention obligation). We must therefore keep your data for that period.

Communications
