RETURNING YOUR ORDERED PRODUCT(S)
Our aim is to achieve 100% satisfied customers, so should you unexpectedly not be satisfied or otherwise regret your purchase, you can return it up to 14 days after receipt of your order.
Furthermore, under the Dutch Remote Sales Act ('Wet Kopen op Afstand', see www.consuwijzer.nl), you are entitled to a reflection period of 14 days after delivery of the product(s) when making a purchase at Koffiemaatje.shop. You may cancel (of revoke) your order with us without giving any reason.
You will have 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, excluding shipping costs.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal or return, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and with the packaging unopened.
We will then refund the order amount within 14 days after registration of your return. One important condition is that the product must have been received by us without problems.
If you notice any issues with the delivery of a product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a correct description of the damage and with clear photographs of the damaged product.
Please note that it is normally the customer's responsibility to open packages upon receipt. If you notice any damage or a defect, it is important that you report this immediately.
If no claim is made within two days of receipt, Koffiemaatje will not be responsible for any damage.
Once the return has been received and processed in our warehouse, you will automatically receive the refund on the account used for payment. The cost for returning your order is €6.95 and will be automatically deducted from the purchase amount. Are you returning a product because it was damaged or delivered incorrectly? Then we will reimburse these costs afterwards.
