WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS

Warranty
We care about our products and therefore do our utmost best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, an order may be damaged during transport, or something else may happen for which you may have to rely on the warranty. Legally speaking, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

The warranty period we apply depends on the product purchased. This period is laid down by law and is tailored to the expected life of the product.

Complaints
There is always a chance that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints by sending an e-mail to info@koffiemaatje.shop. If this does not lead to a resolution, you have the option to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. As of 15 February 2016, it is also possible for EU consumers to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
