The Coffee Mate® is set to 90 ml when you use the warming function. Want to make 125 ml of coffee? Fill the water to the brim. When the Coffee Mate® stops brewing coffee at 90 ml, hold down the start button for a few seconds, and the remaining water will be pumped through the Coffee Mate®.
Tip: If you want to brew a large 125 ml cup of coffee, preferably use hot water and hold the start button for a few seconds. The coffee is brewed immediately, so you don't have to wait for the water to heat up and the battery won't run down quickly.
How many cups of coffee can I make on a fully charged battery?
The number of cups of coffee you can brew on a full battery depends on several factors, such as the filling of the water tank and the temperature of the water. Below is an indication:
Espresso (60 ml): 6-8 koppen
Dubbele espresso (80 ml): 4-6 koppen
Lungo (110 ml): 2-4 koppen
XL koffie (125 ml): 1-2 koppen

Tip: The warmer the water, the more cups of coffee you can make with a full battery. Use room temperature (20°C) water, if necessary, or bring a thermos with hot water.

Yes, with the included USB cable you can charge the Coffee Mate® with a powerbank. Use a power bank with a minimum capacity of 20,000 mAh.
If you want to brew coffee immediately with hot water added, hold down the start button for a few seconds to skip the heating process. The coffee will brew immediately, which also saves battery!
While cleaning the machine, no water should get into the battery. Clean the outside with a slightly damp cloth and not under the tap! The water tank, cup and adapters can be washed in the dishwasher or by hand. Descale the Coffee Mate® approximately every month by adding half a capful of anti-lime with hot water to the water reservoir. Then hold down the start button for a few seconds and pump the machine clean. Add clean water 2-3 times and repeat.
